About these terms
thrungames is run by Infobits ApS, a Danish company (CVR 43958364), Ny Carlsberg Vej 4, 4. th, 1760 København V, Denmark. In these terms "we" and "us" means Infobits ApS, and "thrungames" means the website, the API, the CLI and the MCP server.
These terms, together with our Community guidelines, are the agreement between you and us. If you publish games, the Developer terms apply as well. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
By using thrungames you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use thrungames.
Who can use thrungames
Anyone can play games on thrungames without an account.
To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using thrungames.
An account is for one person. Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
Your account
You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your GitHub account.
Keep your password, upload tokens and connected apps safe, and don't share them. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us at support@infobits.io.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your profile and games are hidden straight away, and the account is permanently erased after 14 days. Until then you can sign back in and cancel.
Using thrungames
Follow our Community guidelines and the law. In particular, don't:
- interfere with, overload or try to break thrungames or other people's use of it;
- try to get around a restriction, suspension or ban;
- access thrungames by automated means, except through the API, CLI and MCP server as they are documented;
- try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Your content
Your content is what you put on thrungames: games, cover images, descriptions, comments, your profile and reports. You keep ownership of it.
So that we can run thrungames, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt for display (for example thumbnails and share images), publish and distribute your content. We use this licence only to operate, improve and promote thrungames.
The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, with three exceptions:
- copies in backups and caches can remain for up to 30 days;
- comments stay up after you delete your account, shown as "Deleted user", unless you ask us to remove them;
- reports stay, with your name and contact details removed, so we can keep a record of what was reported and decided.
You must have the rights to everything you post. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Games by other people
Games on thrungames are made by independent developers, who are responsible for them. Our staff play and approve every game, and every update to it, before it is public. That review is not a guarantee that a game is free of errors or right for you.
Moderation and reporting
To keep thrungames safe and legal we may remove comments, stop an account from commenting or voting, hide games, suspend or ban accounts, or delete accounts. We do this when content or behaviour breaks the law, these terms or the Community guidelines. Staff make these decisions; we don't use automated moderation.
When we act against your content or account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us or it would put someone at risk. If you think we got it wrong, email support@infobits.io and we will look at it again.
Anyone can tell us about content they believe is illegal, or that breaks our rules, through the Report page. We handle reports promptly and let you know what we decided.
Changes and ending
thrungames is free, and we keep changing it. We may add, change or remove features.
You can stop using thrungames at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. We'll give you notice where it is reasonable.
If we ever close thrungames, we'll give reasonable notice where we can, so you have time to take copies of your games.
Disclaimers
We run thrungames with reasonable skill and care, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them. Changes needed for legal reasons, or for new features, take effect straight away. If you don't agree with a change, stop using thrungames and delete your account.
Law and disputes
Danish law applies to these terms.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
If you use thrungames for a business, disputes go to the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret).
