Who owns games on thrungames
Developers own the games they publish. They give us a licence to host and show them, as described in the Developer terms. Developers must have the rights to everything in their games.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on thrungames infringes your copyright, use the Report page and choose Copyright. Include:
- your name, and whether you are the rights holder or act for them;
- the original work, such as a link to it;
- what on thrungames infringes it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised.

What we do
Staff review every copyright report. If it is valid, we hide or remove the content and tell the developer what was reported and why we acted. We let you know the outcome.
If your content was removed
If you believe we removed your content by mistake, for example because you hold a licence, email support@infobits.io and explain why. We review it and may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We ban accounts that repeatedly publish content that infringes copyright.
False reports
Knowingly false reports may lead to action against the reporter's account.
